Antonis Karitzis is a Legal Consultant and the Managing Director of the Firm. Antonis received his law degree from the University of Manchester in 2002. His knowledge and experience extend to various fields including amongst others, Shipping, Corporate, Commercial, Trusts, Tax, Property, Litigation, Admiralty and Administrative Actions and he has successfully handled some of the most high-profile cases and deals of the Firm, including multi-million dollar claims and deals.

Antonis has fully attended the Basic Principles of International Taxation and the Cyprus Tax courses offered by the Chartered Institute of Taxation, a program which significantly enhanced his knowledge on tax issues. He has also completed all the Core Courses of the demanding and intensive MBA program with Cyprus Institute of Management (CIIM) and this has equipped him with the requisite knowledge and skills to lead and manage the Law Firm in a well-organized and diligent manner.

Elena is an immigration practitioner and head of the Immigration and Corporate Administration Departments at KARITZIS LEGAL, a law firm based in Limassol, Cyprus and in Athens, Greece. As one of the more senior figures at KARITZIS LEGAL, Elena is credited with the establishment and development of the firm’s Immigration Department and boasts a wealth of experience in immigration-related matters, having successfully handled, among others, applications for naturalization by exception under the Cyprus Investment Programme on behalf of high net-worth individuals and applications of third-country nationals to reside (on a temporary or permanent basis) and work in the Republic of Cyprus and Greece.

Drawing on her extensive experience and knowledge of the applicable legislative framework, Elena can carefully navigate Clients to avoid common pitfalls and attain the desired outcome in a cost-effective and timely fashion. Throughout her career, Elena has earned plaudits among Clients and colleagues alike for her work ethic, interpersonal skills and uncompromising focus on Client satisfaction.

Elena obtained her degree from Pitman’s College in Cyprus and after working for the two of the most reputable Law Firms in Cyprus she joined KARITZIS LEGAL in December 2008 and has since been a member of our firm.

Antria is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B degree from the University of Cyprus in June 2013 and was awarded her LL.M in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton (UK) in December 2014.

Antria joined our firm in July 2014 for her legal training while, following successful completion of her legal training and her admission to the Cyprus Bar Association in July 2015 (as a member of the Limassol Bar Association), she joined our firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department.

Her main areas of practice are, among others, corporate, commercial, banking, tax, employment and maritime law.

Marios is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. Marios received his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Surrey in 2013 before successfully pursuing an LL.M in International Commercial Law at the University of Surrey in 2014.

Upon successful completion of his legal training, Marios was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association as a member of the Limassol Bar Association in October 2015. Marios joined our Law Firm in January 2016 and has since been a part of our firm’s corporate and commercial department.

His main areas of practice include corporate, commercial, property, banking and employment law. As of May 2021, Marios has been registered to the Registry of Sworn Lawyers of the Republic of Cyprus.

Daniela is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Leicester in 2015 and completed her Legal Practice Course (L.P.C.) while she was awarded her MSc (Masters) in Law and Business Management from the University of Law in 2016.

Daniela joined our firm as a trainee lawyer in 2016 while following successful completion of her legal training and her admission to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2017 (Member of Limassol Bar Association), she continued her career at our firm.

As from 2019 Daniela is an accredited civil and commercial Mediator and is a member of the Cyprus Consumer Center for ADR. Furthermore, she is a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.

In 2022, Daniela has become a trainer at the European Legal Training Center of Cyprus.

Daniela has been primarily involved in a range of civil, criminal and commercial litigation and works on cases related with property matters, succession, family, employment and admiralty issues.

Andrea Michaelidou is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Manchester in June 2014 and has completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, in London in 2015.

Andrea was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in September 2016 (as a member of the Limassol Bar Association). She joined our firm and became a part of our firm’s Corporate and Commercial department in April 2025.  Prior to joining our firm, Andrea gained valuable experience in corporate, commercial, private client, property and regulatory matters by working at well-known law firms as well as at the legal department of a big four company where she was dealing with high-profile clients and transactions.

Her main areas of practice are, among others, Corporate, Commercial, Property – Real Estate, Private Client Matters (Trusts, Succession and Inheritance), Financial Services, Banking, Investment and Financial management, Employment, Intellectual Property.

In 2023 Andrea has obtained the Advanced Certification of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) and is a member of the said commission.

She obtained her LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Essex in June 2016 and was awarded her LLM in International Corporate Law from the University of Leeds in 2017. Upon successful completion of her legal training, Eleni was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association as a member of the Limassol Bar Association in 2018.

She started her career working at a law firm in Limassol and has been involved in various corporate and commercial law matters, gaining expertise in the aforementioned areas of law. Eleni joined our Law Firm in September 2020 and has since been a part of our firm’s corporate and commercial department. Her main areas of practice are, among others, corporate, commercial and banking law.

Eleni C. Louca is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B degree from the University of Cyprus in June 2021 and was awarded her LL.M in European Law from the Utrecht University (NL) in July 2023.

Eleni joined our firm as a trainee lawyer in 2021. Upon successful completion of her legal training, she was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in July 2022 (as a member of the Limassol Bar Association). Following the completion of her Master’s degree, Eleni continued her career at our firm’s Corporate and Commercial department.

Her main areas of practice are, among others, corporate, commercial, employment, property, banking, and immigration law.

Nafsika is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B degree from the  Frederick University

in 2020. Upon successful completion of her legal training, Nafsika was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association as a member of the Limassol Bar Association in 2021. She started her career working at a law firm in Limassol as a litigation lawyer specialising in, Civil and Commercial Law, Family Law and Criminal Law. Nafsika joined our firm in February 2024 and has since been a part of our firm’s Litigation Department. Her main areas of practice are, among others, civil litigation, family law,  corporate litigation, employment law and rent control law.

Katerina is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Surrey in 2017 and she completed the Legal Practice Course alongside her Master of Science in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, London in 2018.

Katerina passed the BAR exams of the Legal Council of Cyprus and completed her legal training in 2019. She then went on to work in the legal sector both in Cyprus and in the United Kingdom. Katerina joined our firm in July 2024 and she is part of the Litigation Department. Her main areas of practice include, among others, contract, employment, family, inheritance and succession, property and tort laws.

Herodotos is a Shipping & Immigration Consultant. He received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Manchester in June 2013.

Herodotos joined our firm in November 2024 with a working background in the ship management industry.

His main areas of practice are, among others, immigration and shipping.

Maria is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B degree from the University of Central Lancashire – UCLAN Cyprus in June 2016.

Upon successful completion of her legal training in 2017, Maria started her career working and has been involved in various corporate and commercial law matters, gaining expertise in the aforementioned areas of law.

Maria joined our Law Firm in September 2022 and has since been a part of our firm’s corporate and commercial department. Her main areas of practice are, among others, corporate, commercial, and banking.
