Antonis Karitzis is a Legal Consultant and the Managing Director of the Firm. Antonis received his law degree from the University of Manchester in 2002. His knowledge and experience extend to various fields including amongst others, Shipping, Corporate, Commercial, Trusts, Tax, Property, Litigation, Admiralty and Administrative Actions and he has successfully handled some of the most high-profile cases and deals of the Firm, including multi-million dollar claims and deals.

Antonis has fully attended the Basic Principles of International Taxation and the Cyprus Tax courses offered by the Chartered Institute of Taxation, a program which significantly enhanced his knowledge on tax issues. He has also completed all the Core Courses of the demanding and intensive MBA program with Cyprus Institute of Management (CIIM) and this has equipped him with the requisite knowledge and skills to lead and manage the Law Firm in a well-organized and diligent manner.

Elena is an immigration practitioner and head of the Immigration and Corporate Administration Departments at KARITZIS LEGAL, a law firm based in Limassol, Cyprus and in Athens, Greece. As one of the more senior figures at KARITZIS LEGAL, Elena is credited with the establishment and development of the firm’s Immigration Department and boasts a wealth of experience in immigration-related matters, having successfully handled, among others, applications for naturalization by exception under the Cyprus Investment Programme on behalf of high net-worth individuals and applications of third-country nationals to reside (on a temporary or permanent basis) and work in the Republic of Cyprus and Greece.

Drawing on her extensive experience and knowledge of the applicable legislative framework, Elena can carefully navigate Clients to avoid common pitfalls and attain the desired outcome in a cost-effective and timely fashion. Throughout her career, Elena has earned plaudits among Clients and colleagues alike for her work ethic, interpersonal skills and uncompromising focus on Client satisfaction.

Elena obtained her degree from Pitman’s College in Cyprus and after working for the two of the most reputable Law Firms in Cyprus she joined KARITZIS LEGAL in December 2008 and has since been a member of our firm.

Andreas is a Partner in our Law Firm. He is an Advocate – Legal Consultant and received his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Surrey in 2010 and his LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Bristol in 2011. Andreas started as a trainee lawyer in August 2011, where he successfully completed his training and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2012.

Andreas joined the Firm in September 2012 and he is a member of both the Limassol and Ammochostos Bar Association. He is an accredited civil and commercial Mediator with Toolkit Company since 2017 and is a member of the Cyprus Consumer Center for ADR. 

He has been primarily involved in a range of general civil, criminal, corporate and commercial litigation and works extensively on cases related with interim injunctions, admiralty issues, property matters and succession. He is also dealing with a full range of migration matters including the Cyprus Investment Programme and the Golden Visa Scheme in Greece.

Andreas is currently undergoing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with Cyprus Institute of Marketing (CIM) and he is also a trainer in the European Legal Training Center. 

Antria is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B degree from the University of Cyprus in June 2013 and was awarded her LL.M in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton (UK) in December 2014.

Antria joined our firm in July 2014 for her legal training while, following successful completion of her legal training and her admission to the Cyprus Bar Association in July 2015 (as a member of the Limassol Bar Association), she joined our firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department.

Her main areas of practice are, among others, corporate, commercial, banking, tax, employment and maritime law.

Marios is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. Marios received his LL.B (Hons) from the University of Surrey in 2013 before successfully pursuing an LL.M in International Commercial Law at the University of Surrey in 2014.

Upon successful completion of his legal training, Marios was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association as a member of the Limassol Bar Association in October 2015. Marios joined our Law Firm in January 2016 and has since been a part of our firm’s corporate and commercial department.

His main areas of practice include corporate, commercial, property, banking and employment law. As of May 2021, Marios has been registered to the Registry of Sworn Lawyers of the Republic of Cyprus.

Daniela is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Leicester in 2015 and completed her Legal Practice Course (L.P.C.) while she was awarded her MSc (Masters) in Law and Business Management from the University of Law in 2016.

Daniela joined our firm as a trainee lawyer in 2016 while following successful completion of her legal training and her admission to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2017 (Member of Limassol Bar Association), she continued her career at our firm.

As from 2019 Daniela is an accredited civil and commercial Mediator and is a member of the Cyprus Consumer Center for ADR. Furthermore, she is a member of the Arbitration and Mediation Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.

In 2022, Daniela has become a trainer at the European Legal Training Center of Cyprus.

Elina is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B (Hons) degree from the University of Leicester in 2016 and completed her Legal Practice Course (L.P.C.) while she was awarded her LLM (Masters) in Commercial Law and  from the University of Law in 2017.

Upon successful completion of her legal training, Elina was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association as a member of the Limassol Bar Association in 2018. She started her career working at a law firm in Limassol as a litigation lawyer specialising in Family Law, Civil and Commercial Law and Rent Control Law.

Elina joined our firm in March 2022 and has since been a part of our firm’s Litigation Department. Her main areas of practice are, among others, civil litigation, corporate litigation, family law, employment law and rent control law.

Katerina Kefaloniti is an advocate and legal consultant and she is also a member of the Limassol Bar Association.

Katerina received her LL.B degree (Hons) from the University of East Anglia in 2017 and was awarded her LL.M in International Maritime Law from Swansea University in 2019. Her masters focused on law of the sea, charterparties, carriage of goods (by sea, air and road) and oil and gas, whereas, her dissertation was divided in two parts and focused on the liability for pollution damage caused by oil spills originating from offshore facilities, and the registration of vessels under flag of convenience and what is the role of the genuine link requirement between the registering State and the vessel.

Katerina started her career working as a litigation lawyer specialising in corporate dispute resolution with main focus on, amongst others, the issuance of worldwide freezing orders and Norwich Pharmacal proceedings. She joined A. Karitzis & Associates LLC in December 2021 and has since been part of our firm’s Shipping Department.

Stefanos is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. He received his LL.B degree from the University of Central Lancashire with award First Class Honours and was awarded his LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Queen Mary University of London in September 2019. He is holder of International Civil and Commercial Mediation Certificate by Promediate UK and UCLAN. Additionally, he is a member of certified persons regarding to Financial Services Regulatory Framework and Anti Money Laundering by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.   

Stefanos joined our firm in January 2022 and he became a part of our firm’s Corporate and Immigration department.

His main areas of practice are, among others, corporate, commercial, immigration and property.

She obtained her LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Essex in June 2016 and was awarded her LLM in International Corporate Law from the University of Leeds in 2017. Upon successful completion of her legal training, Eleni was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association as a member of the Limassol Bar Association in 2018.

She started her career working at a law firm in Limassol and has been involved in various corporate and commercial law matters, gaining expertise in the aforementioned areas of law. Eleni joined our Law Firm in September 2020 and has since been a part of our firm’s corporate and commercial department. Her main areas of practice are, among others, corporate, commercial and banking law.

Rafaella Michail is an Advocate – Legal Consultant. She received her LL.B degree from the University of Cyprus in June 2016 and was awarded her LL.M in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow (UK) in November 2017.

Upon successful completion of her legal training, Rafaella was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association as a member of the Limassol Bar Association in September 2018. Rafaella joined our Law Firm in April 2022 and has since been a part of our firm’s Corporate and Commercial Department.

Her main areas of practice are, among others, corporate, commercial, contract, banking and employment law.

Koula is the Head of the Accounts Department of our firm since June 2012. She received her degree in Economic and Regional Development from the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in September 2011.
