On 7th August 2014 our Law Firm, together with its associates, has submitted to the Ministry of Interior a group of Investors for the acquisition of the Cypriot citizenship through Naturalization by exception, on the basis of the Council of Ministers Decision dated 19th March 2014. The application is based on Criterion A8 of the “Decision” which allows the Council of Ministers to reduce the minimum investment requirement from €5,0 million to €2,5 millions for investors, who demonstrably participate in a special collective investment scheme (group of investors), provided that the total value of the investment is at least €12,5 millions.

This is the second Group of Investors that our Law Firm, together with its associates, submits within a period of three (3) months. The first group was sumbmitted at the end of May and its examination is in progress. The Investors are expected to receive their Citizenships during the first days of September.
