Having regard to the recent developments concerning the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and in view of the measures introduced by the Cyprus government for the purposes of containing the virus from spreading, we wish to inform you that A. KARITZIS & ASSOCIATES L.L.C, having the best interests, well-being and welfare of our Clients and members of staff in mind, has decided to adopt the following precautionary measures:

1. to comply with the travel advices issued by the Cyprus government, from time to time, as well as to the cancel all business travels and conferences of the members of our team;

2. postpone all (business) face-to-face meetings until further notice – instead, the members of our team will be available via telephone or email while conference meetings may also be arranged using other means of communication; and

3. for the time being and until further notice, some members of our team (having children under 15 years old and/or belonging to vulnerable categories) shall be on leave or work remotely.

In coming to these decisions, our firm has taken into consideration all relevant factors, circumstances and parameters. At the same time, we would like to assure our Clients that our firm continues to operate as usual without any disruption. In case you need to contact us, you can still do so via telephone or email and our members of staff will be more than happy to assist you with your queries.

Our firm will continue to monitor the situation and you will be notified in respect of any further decision(s) regarding this matter.
